Introduction For Use

  • Do not hammer while winding (Putting into Slots of Stator)
  • Do not put under HV as each & every coil passed through HV TEST (3.5 KV rms)
  • Stacking should be max, three coils (one over other) otherwise insulation may get damaged due to excessive wt.
  • Do not use sharp wedge while placing insulating wires in to the slots of stator / rotor.

Application

  • Use in all sizes of domestic & industrial submersible motors

Construction

  • Conductor is protected with 3 different layers of different insulation material.
    • First layer is GOLDEN Tapping
    • Second and third layers are BOPP wrapping

Special Features

  • EC grade copper having purity min. (99.95) ETP Copper and very high annealing for easy working during motor winding
  • High insulation resistance: VR is at least 400% higher than BOPP or PVC winding wires at 27°C as well 90°C also.
  • Temperature Range: For short period +200°C & continuous -40°C to +130°C
  • Higher Mechanical Strength: High tear resistance due to bi-axial orientation of Poly-propelye more over GOLDEN insulation has good tensile strength as compare to polyester and BOPP.

  • Submersible pump will survive better in following critical condition with DENIM GOLDEN Winding Wires.
    • Provide long life to the motor
    • Lower derating at higher temperature
    • Increase efficiency
    • Motor can take more load compare to normal winded motor (Over-size pump on motor)
    • Motor will survive better in case of high/Low voltage as wire can take more amps.
    • Survive better than normal wire in case of lock motor run
